There were so many different local ticket schemes in Scotland for NHS staff that made it complicated to understand and hard for people to find and access. Stagecoach and NHS Staff Benefits were looking for a simpler solution, suitable right across Scotland.
Using Stagecoach’s Corporate Ticketing Application and the NHS Staff Benefits portal, all NHS staff across Scotland can get discounted bus travel.
There is no complicated paperwork to fill in, staff simply sign up via a secure and unique link so they can buy weekly, monthly or even annual tickets, saving 10% on standard fares.
This new app based ticketing option for all NHS staff in Scotland is just an initial solution that we’re confident will lead to increased local partnership working with NHS boards on network planning and also to find bespoke travel solutions.
